Terms and Conditions

1. All special orders, floor models,
sale items are final.
2. Clerical errors are subject to correction.
3. Online payments may be made using Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or
American Express.
4. Balance must be paid in full prior to shipping (No COD’s.)
5. You must accept delivery within 30 days after the merchandise has
been received from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated on the
front of this contract.
6. You are responsible for measuring to be sure merchandise will fit
through doorways, stairways, into elevators, etc.
7. Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is
not at home at the time of delivery.
8. Drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the
delivery documents. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic
components (e.g. televisions, computers, stereos).
9. Pickup merchandise must be returned to the pickup location for
service.

Delivery Policy

Sorry, we do not accept
C.O.D.'s. All unpaid balances are due 10 days prior to delivery. If
you choose to pay your balance by credit card, stop by Furniture Helpers location with your sales order number or call
1-800-893-8545 at least 10 days prior to your scheduled delivery or
pick-up date.
Furniture Helpers drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not
listed on the delivery documents. Please clear the area where your
new furniture is to be placed.
If you need to postpone your delivery, you must call/email Customer
Service 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. If no one is
home for the scheduled delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery
fee.
You will be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery and given a 4 to 6 hour
window for delivery. Requests for specific times cannot be honored.
Deliveries begin at 7 am. At your request our delivery service will:

•Remove the cartons and packaging materials from your home. Place
cartons and packaging materials at the location of your request, on
your property.
•Assemble bed frames, mattresses and boxsprings, headboards,
footboards, wall units, china cabinets, dinette sets, lofts, bunks,
captain's beds, all accessory hardware and attach mirrors to
dressers. (We are unable to attach bed frames to merchandise
purchased elsewhere)
•Place the furniture where you would like it in the room.
•For white glove delivery all damaged
issues must be noted on the POD (Proof Of Delivery). during the
time of delivery!
•Upon white glove delivery if furniture is
damaged furniture will be touched up or replaced; depending on
condition of damaged. Both parties (Delivery Company &
Customer) must agree on type of damage to furniture. If
furniture damaged is minor, furniture would be touched up. If
furniture damaged is major, furniture would be replaced.
•Due
to the unique nature of the finishes and the individual
craftsmanship in hand-applying the finish to each some products,
some slight variances are inherent and are NOT considered as a
manufacturer's defect and are not returnable. Also, keep in mind
that your computer's monitor settings may effect the way finish
colors appear on screen.
Every effort is made to ensure your furniture arrives in good
condition. However if your furniture requires service please call
Customer Service at 1-800-893-8545 within 2 business days of delivery.

Refund
Policy
|

Purchases may be cancelled, in
writing, within 48 hours of original order date.
Purchases cancelled after 48 hours must be approved by upper
management and are subject to a minimum charge of 25% of
the purchase price.
All refunds must be accompanied by original sales order receipt.
All refunds of cash and check payments will be refunded from our
main office and require up to 2 weeks for processing.
There will be no refunds on merchandise that has been accepted by
the customer. In the event that merchandise we deliver has a defect,
we will inspect the furniture in your home, and repair or replace at
our discretion.

How
Furniture Helpers protects the information you provide
|
The
information Furniture Helpers gathers is never shared with anyone,
except in connection with your order. Credit card or check
information is only shared with financial institutions that process
your payment. Shipping information is shared with shippers that
fulfill your order. Information on financing applications goes
directly to the financial institution that handles the financing,
not to Furniture Helpers . Technically, this shared information
does pass out of our direct control, but Furniture Helpers makes
clear to financial companies and manufacturers / shippers we work
with that we expect your information to be handled appropriately.
We do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of the
information you provide to us except to the financial institutions
processing your payment or your financing application and the
shippers that produce and/or deliver your order. No third party will
solicit you as a result of information within our control.
It is true that the information you provide is subject to disclosure
pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or
orders. Other than these fairly extreme cases, your personal
information will be shared with no one.
